You add items to your bag, enter your details at checkout, confirm two statements, and then proceed to payment. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.

One of the two confirmations is that you understand our products are covers and not safety equipment. We ask for it explicitly because it is the single most consequential thing to misunderstand about what we sell.

If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly, we will contact you and you will not be charged. We do not make a binding sale on an obviously erroneous price.

All prices on this site are in US dollars (USD) and include Swedish moms at 25%. There is no currency switcher: one currency, so the figure you see is the figure that applies.

Prices currently range from USD 32 to USD 1,198.

Shipping is shown separately before payment. Standard shipping is free on orders over USD 180; below that it is quoted at checkout.

Orders shipped outside the EU may attract import duty or local tax on arrival. That is charged by the destination country, not by us, and it is your responsibility. We do not under-declare the value of a parcel.

If we ever show a price with a previous price struck through, the struck-through figure will be the lowest price we applied to that item in the 30 days before the reduction, as required by the Marknadsföringslagen. If that condition is not met, we show no reference price at all.

At the time of writing this site displays no reference prices and no strike-through pricing, because the shop has not been trading for 30 days.

Discount codes apply to the item price, not to shipping, and only one may be used per order unless the promotion says otherwise. Any promotion we run will state its own end date and conditions on the page where it appears.

We do not run countdown timers, stock-scarcity messages or end-of-season urgency campaigns. If a shipping window is long, we say so as a fact.

We ship to the countries listed in the country selector at checkout. Delivery times and costs are on Frakt och retur.

We do not ship to addresses where we cannot obtain a delivery confirmation, and we do not ship to poste restante. Bulky items may require a kerbside delivery with a phone call in advance, which is why the phone number at checkout is required.

If an order has not yet been dispatched, write to support@sysportsweden.shop with your order reference and we will cancel it and refund in full.

Once it has been dispatched, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies instead. That is set out on Ångerrätt, together with the official Konsumentverket withdrawal form.

You can report a fault for three years from delivery. For the first two years, if something is wrong, we have to show it wasn't faulty when you got it. Not the other way round.

How we distinguish a fault from ordinary wear on outdoor fabric is set out in full, with worked examples, on Reklamation and on Väderklass. Publishing that distinction in advance is deliberate.

If we say no to your claim and you disagree, you can take it to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN). It is free for you, and we will follow their recommendation.

Everything we sell is a textile cover. It is not safety equipment, it does not secure a boat, and it is not personal protective equipment. Nothing on this site references a safety approval or a PPE certification, because none applies.

Product pages state the water column in millimetres with the test method, the seam treatment, whether the item has vents, the fabric weight and coating, and the UV test status. Where a figure does not exist, the page says so rather than leaving a gap.

A weather class describes what a fabric was tested to. It is not a promise about your weather, and we give no guarantee of how many seasons an item will last.

Care instructions are on every product page and on the label. Most coated fabrics here must not be machine washed, because washing strips the coating. Damage caused by machine washing a fabric whose page says not to is not a fault in the goods.

Covers must be fastened at every point provided. A cover left slack will flog and abrade itself, and one stretched over a sharp corner will wear through at that corner. Both are set out on the product pages before you buy.

We use no third-party boat manufacturer, boat model, brand or event names anywhere on this site, and our products carry no such marks.

You must be 18 to place an order. We do not knowingly sell to anyone under 13, and buyers between 13 and 17 need a guardian’s consent.
