Seam treatment

Taped

The stitch line is sealed on the underside with heat-applied tape. The needle holes are covered. The tape itself is the part that ages first, and it can lift after several seasons of flexing.

Vents and condensation

No vents

A solid panel with no gap will hold moist air against whatever is behind it. If the space is otherwise closed, leave one edge free. A fully waterproof cover with no ventilation traps condensation underneath. That water comes from the air inside, not from rain. Vents let it out. The covers with vents are marked.

Fasten at every point along all four edges. A panel fastened only at the top flogs and tears at its top corners.

Your right to complain

You can report a fault for three years from delivery. For the first two years, if something is wrong, we have to show it wasn't faulty when you got it. Not the other way round.

You have 14 days to change your mind, counted from the day after you receive the goods. You do not have to give a reason. Every item on this site is a standard size, so the right of withdrawal applies to all of them without exception.
