This is a cover. It is not safety equipment, and it will not hold a boat in place. Check your mooring and your straps separately.

How to close it. The dry bag in this set must be rolled at least three times. A single fold is not a seal. It is not diving equipment and it is not a flotation aid.

Measure before you order. A cover that is too tight tears at the corners, and one that is too loose flogs in the wind and wears itself out. How to measure.

5,500 mm on the hatch cover and the dry bag. The cushion cover has no water column figure because it is built to drain. The set is rated W3, the lowest class of its parts, not W4.

Vents and condensation

Vented

The hatch cover is vented and the cushion cover is open. The dry bag is sealed, so pack it dry. A fully waterproof cover with no ventilation traps condensation underneath. That water comes from the air inside, not from rain. Vents let it out. The covers with vents are marked.

Fastening and wind

Mixed

Fastened at every point and tensioned evenly, this cover stays where you put it in ordinary weather. Loose fabric flogs and wears itself out; over-tight fabric tears at the corners. We cannot give you a wind speed it survives, because that depends on how you fastened it and what it is over.

Care

Do not machine wash

Rinse the salt off everything with fresh water before it dries. Nothing in this set goes in a machine.
